You are responsible for all responsibilities noted on our "Know Before You Travel" page. Click here to access.

An electronic invoice will follow within at least one month (usually one week) of the final deposit date with instructions on how to complete mid and final payments. The remaining balance of the pilgrimage is due, in two equal payments, usually 120 days* and 90 days prior to departure. Failure to complete payments on time will result in the forfeiture of your place on the pilgrimage, as well as your deposit.

*Passport Number and dates are not required to submit deposit. However, all travelers must possess a U.S. Passport valid for at least 6 months after the final date of travel to check into their flight.

Cancellation Policy:

If your trip cancellation notification is received closer to departure, in addition to the non-refundable down payment, additional fees are applied as a percentage of total trip costs as follows:
61 - 90 days prior to departure-- 25%.
31 - 60 days prior to departure-- 50%.
30 days prior to departure or less-- no refund.

All tickets, including special airfares and upgraded airline tickets, issued as well as any internal air are 100% non-refundable at the time of final payment.

Peloquin Pilgrimages reserves the right to fill group spots for any group with canceling members.

*Certain summer pilgrimages require that the second payment is due earlier. See your particular invoice for details.

Photo Release

All photos taken (whether by the tour guides, tour managers, the owner and employees of Peloquin Pilgrimages, or by other pilgrims, and their affiliates) are liable to be used on Peloquin Pilgrimages website, Instagram, and all other applicable social media for marketing and advancement purposes. Requests to opt-out from this photo consent may be sent to peloquinpilgrimages@gmail.com

Requests to opt-out from the photo release must be submitted prior to sign up.

Privacy

Peloquin Pilgrimages makes every effort to use modern encryption technologies to protect your personal information. We reserve the right to post pictures of you taken during our pilgrimage (barring any exclusions noted in the photo release section), though we will not share your name without your permission.

Pilgrimage, Not Tour

Peloquin Pilgrimages expresses here that we are a pilgrimage company, not a tour company. We specialize in providing pilgrimage experiences. Pilgrimage experiences differ from tour experiences greatly. Pilgrimages often involve levels of uncomfort that are not common in luxury travel. Participants can expect to walk up to nine miles in a single day on extreme days, and taxis are at the expense of any participants unable to remain with the group due to any reason. Additionally, pilgrimage guides focus on providing spiritual insight into the sites, not necessarily historical insight. Participants should expect a spiritual experience, not an academic one.
